• This is a booking system for a 1:1, 50-60 minute Online Consultation Clinic with CORU registered Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist Kevin Prior hosted on Zoom.
• This is suitable for children aged 12 months – 18 years.
• This call is for parents/guardians to discuss their concerns about one child. This ensures Kevin can dedicate the time needed to address your concerns thoroughly. If you’d like to discuss additional children, separate calls will need to be booked.
• This is not a therapy service for a child and children cannot attend the consultation.
• During this call you can discuss and ask questions around the areas of sensory processing, self-regulation, self-care, school or play-related activities, motor skills, attention and concentration, handwriting, and overall independence or questions about diagnoses such as Autism, Dyslexia DCD/Dyspraxia, ADHD, Developmental delays etc.
• After you have booked your appointment, you will be sent an online questionnaire via email to complete before your call that must be returned to follow through with your consultation.
• A receipt can be provided to submit to your health insurance (if covered).
